Artist Collaboration & Release Agreement

To preserve, celebrate, and digitally archive the powerful sounds of Cameroonian gospel music with the highest professional and legal standards, we require all participating artists, producers, or authorized managers to establish a formal release agreement before publishing media to our live public directory.

Core Terms of the Agreement
- 1. Intellectual Property & Ownership: You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of your music, lyrics, and biography text. MyGospelLyrics claims no ownership over your creative works.
- 2. Granted License: By submitting this form, you grant MyGospelLyrics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to format, host, display, and search-optimize your lyrics and biography on our platform for public access.
- 3. Catalog Coverage: This agreement serves as a blanket authorization. Once submitted, it legally applies to your current track submission as well as any future lyrics, song revisions, or biographical updates you process through our platform.
- 4. Directory Maintenance Fee: You acknowledge that a standard, non-refundable administrative processing fee (7,500 XAF for lyrics / 15,000 XAF for biographies) is required to cover manual formatting and SEO indexing. Future price adjustments will never retroactively affect previously processed content.
